Shipping Guide

Before or after you place an order, you may have questions about LightsandGifts shipping policy, here is the guide that you may find helpful about shipping.

Where do we ship to?
We ship mainly worldwide, there are only few countries which we can not ship to, like South Sudan, Palestine. It’s easy to check whether we can ship to your address, follow the order process, and put in your correct shipping address, if the shipping cost came up without any issue, then you’re good to go.

What carriers do you use?
We mainly use USPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, EUB and etc to ship your orders, different methods have different shipping rates and ETAs, you can choose your preferring method when placing your order.

I just placed an order, when will you get it shipped out?
For most of the orders, the processing time is 3 business days.
Please allow 3-5 days to handle your order, we have tons of orders that need to be handled daily, we check the quality of every single item before shipping out to our customers, which takes time, so, please allow us to do our job right during this period.

When do I expect the delivery? How long does shipping take?
We have warehouses in different places, we ship out your order from different locations, which will affect the delivery time accordingly.
  – Shipping out from China Warehouse:
To the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, United Kindom: Average delivery time = 7-15 business days;
To Australia, New Zealand, Singapore: Average delivery time = 8-20 business days;
To Belgium,  Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland: 8-20 business days;
To Russia, Denmark, India: 10-30 business days;
To Mexico: 15-30 business days:
To Brazil: 20-50 business days;
To other countries: 15-45 business days.
  – Shipping out from U.S. warehouse:
Generally 3-7 business days for arrival to a U.S. address;
  – Shipping out from UK warehouse:
Generally 3-5 business days for arrival to a UK address; 3-7 business days to other European countries;
  – Shipping out from ES warehouse:
Generally 2-3 business days for arrival to Spain, 3-7 business days to Portugal.

Please be aware that shipping from the nearest warehouse to the shipping address is faster, but additional charges may apply.
All items sold at LightsandGifts are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (120 days to Brazil, 90 days to Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, South Africa and all orders shipped with European Railway Direct Mail).
If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you’re eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.
  – Note: While most packages will arrive on time, deliveries might be delayed due to unavoidable conditions, like slower customs clearance procedures or poor weather conditions etc, regarding those uncontrollable situations, the processing time for a refund/resend will be extended corresponding to the delayed days.

Will I have a tracking number? How do I track my order?
All orders placed at LightsandGifts will have a tracking number, once it’s shipped out, you will get a tracking number in your E-mail. There is an all-in-one platform you can track your shipment no matter what carrier is shipping for you, please click here to track.
Note: Online updated tracking info. may sometimes not that fast to be displayed, especially shipping from China, please allow 7-10 business days for the online updated info. gets renewed if it’s shipped from China. If you try to track online before that, you may only find out it’s marked as “label created” or something like “USPS not yet received the package” (Don’t worry, your order was truly shipped out when you get the tracking number in your e-mail), that’s because it has not cleared the local custom yet, once custom clearance finished, your online tracking info. will be renewed, meantime, it means you will receive your order very soon!

What does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is really depending on the weight of the package, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when you follow the order process.

About customs tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and are regulated by the country’s law. LightsandGifts is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact your local customs for clarity and information.

What to do if my item(s) arrive damaged?
We do ship every single item with much care and extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us via e-mail (info@lightsandgifts.com) with:
  – Your order number
  – A picture or video of the damaged product
Once received, we’d be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
